Shopping
Explore one of the city's busiest shopping streets and commercial centers at Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road). Located between the Huangpu District to the east and the Jing'an District to the west, the largely pedestrianized road stretches a total of 5.5 km (3.4 mi). With over 1 million daily visitors, the highly commercial zone houses European-style restaurants, a century-old outdoor market, huge department stores, and traditional eateries. • Worth the walk day and night in the midst of confusion and a lot of people. Nice walk and try to do a little part of the whole mess. Many shopping places and groceries for the bravest Street. Clean, safe.

  • A long street with a lot of expensive stores, but nice to go for a walk down the street and experience the mood.

  • Bands from the people's square (outside of NADA) to head walking down Nanjing Road. Like like like Harajuku, Tokyo station. Many of the people. I'd also have to detour, needs about 30 minutes. This is where people gather from around the country coming to the Shanghai tourism, traditional Chinese medicine, clothing and food, every shop. We recommend that you once at the Shanghai trip for the first time the.

  • great experience loved it a must see tourist spot. Know what you want and the price you wish to pay. DONT buy TECH from the streets guys ( they have a kiosk on the side of the movie place) I bought a Drone and as a traveled guy I made him test it bartered the right price. It was all good. Paid the price he was happy I was ecstatic. Drone for my son hes gonna love it. Carried it by hand to the UK. Opened the box my son drooling. It didn't work. Well played to the seller he got me. He won. dont know when he switched it. As I play it back maybe when swapped the boxes as i paid his friend. All in all I didnt want to be on my guard. I was happy to pay. Trick me once - Shame on you Trick me twice - shame on me. :)
  • “GOOD PLACE” Situated between building this lane is well maintained and no vehicles are allowed on this road. There is only one train running on wheels which would take you around the street in 5yuan. The train is so slow that you can hop in and hop out at any time. The street has all the things you would like to shop, from cheap to the branded. Tired of shopping you can sit and eat at various restaurants Visited March 2015
  • A fantastic shopping and eating/drinking area. Haagen Dazs cafe is superb, but expensive, like most of Shanghai. They are all the usual high end shops like Gucci, Omega, Rolex etc, plus a lot of high fashion brands popular in the East. Also a lot of small local shops, all round a great experience
  • One of the trademark places in Shanghai. Good for a walk, but not much else to do. Crowded.
  • Nice crowdy pedestrian street. Something for everyone
