  • Been there twice. First time was to see plum blossoms. This time around was to see cherry blossoms and reapseed flowers. Was told it has the largest patch of reapseed flowers in the city. I was not al...  more »

  • Great place to take a walk and pictures, best season to come here is spring season where flowers and trees are in bloom.
  • It's a big park for walking and relaxing, but better to be without tickets.
  • A rare green zone in ultra-urban Shanghai. Think of Central Park in NYC and you get the idea. 10 yuan entry fee. Only open during daylight hours. Bike and paddleboat rentals. A nice option to tire the kids out if the temperature is nice and the pollution levels are not too bad. You can even do a little fishing!
  • I had the pleasure to be there when park was hosting that famous giant rubber duck! That day crowds were enormous, not sure how it looks on normal days. Make sure to bring blanket, plenty of space to relax lying on grass.
  • Beautiful view in the city
