#8 of 30 in Museums in Macau
Specialty Museum Museum
At Wine Museum, you will be greeted with an extensive history of winemaking, with a particular emphasis on Portuguese produce, due to the country's history of settlement in China. You will also have the chance to sample a wide variety of different wines. If wine isn't for you, or if you're simply looking for an activity after all of the wine tasting, check out the adjacent Grand Prix Museum. Take a look at our Macau family vacation planner to schedule your visit to Wine Museum and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

Where to stay in Macau

Cotai Strip in Macau offers luxury hotels, with famous names providing rooms looking out over the harbor and down into the historical center. Establishments in this area also feature onsite entertainment options and Vegas-style casinos. Look for more affordable options north of Nam Van Lake, where chain and boutique hotels provide rooms with views of the city, the harbor, and across to China proper. Head farther north for lower rates offered by hostels and apartment rentals.

  • Nice place. Didnt get to taste wine though
  • If you are into wine it's very interesting, nice taste session afterwards for £2
  • Absolutely worth a short visit including a tasting session of five wines.
  • Small place, you can probably finish the whole museum in 5min. Drop by if you have time to spare.
