  • Went through here to get to the Senado square from St. Paul's Cathedral. Is a narrow alley, the Macau S.A.R. busiest streets. Signs on both sides the souvenir boutiques, parsley's Macao chick. Is the alley just passed by this time we had had more slowly, and watch where you want to walk.

Where to stay in Macau

Cotai Strip in Macau offers luxury hotels, with famous names providing rooms looking out over the harbor and down into the historical center. Establishments in this area also feature onsite entertainment options and Vegas-style casinos. Look for more affordable options north of Nam Van Lake, where chain and boutique hotels provide rooms with views of the city, the harbor, and across to China proper. Head farther north for lower rates offered by hostels and apartment rentals.
