  • The higher pay no admission fee. It may seem lost yet this is the place. Who likes to ship in May. There are lots of model. But the Museum of Macau S.A.R. far better, is the meaning of this section. And as an added bonus, can see the Aquarium, but this is also terrible. About seven more tanks into the fish there. And dirty. Everything is kept neighborhood children goldfish tank clean. For those who want to go to the Museum and put together model ship? but I cannot go to the Museum of Macau S.A.R. in.

  • Really iked this place. We wandered in because it was just across the way from the A-Ma Temple. It looked a little hokey at first, with a dorama cum puppet show of the history of A-Ma and the port of ...  more »

  • It is an ok museam. The size is pretty small.
  • It's a tiny museum, but a very nice informative museum! I like the details that went into the display of the ships and the various sections showcasing the traditions and fishing industry is well done! Also, the ticket prices are cheaper on Sunday ($5 HKD/MOP) versus $10 HKD/MOP on a regular day for ages 18 to 64.
  • Not bad
  • A great themed museum. Although not large size includes many interesting exhibits and displays on marine-related issues, the history of Macau S.A.R., the lives of ordinary people, fishermen. Was all tasteful and interesting. Is the moveable artifacts and history scenes. Surprised ticket price Only 5 per ticket pattak. really had a good time and cognitive increased its knowledge of the Macau S.A.R. 's life.

Where to stay in Macau

Cotai Strip in Macau offers luxury hotels, with famous names providing rooms looking out over the harbor and down into the historical center. Establishments in this area also feature onsite entertainment options and Vegas-style casinos. Look for more affordable options north of Nam Van Lake, where chain and boutique hotels provide rooms with views of the city, the harbor, and across to China proper. Head farther north for lower rates offered by hostels and apartment rentals.
