  • This place is mostly still empty with a few overpriced restaurants and bars open as of December 2017. Worthwhile strolling through to see the colosseum, etc.  more »
  • View of the port, the colleseum. Suitable for spot photos wrote. I think ordinary aja sih, children are also not so interested

  • Nice empty place. Many empty stores. Good for taking pictures but no activity
  • Not much around but good place for a quiet walk and to take photos. Set out like several European cities.
  • It was like in Rome!! I did not expect it to be like that. You have to go there if you visit macau. It was nice place for hunting photos
  • The place is totally deserted. The shops are closed or vacant. You can count the number of eateries with 1 hand. No place to eat or even to have a coffee and snack. Besides having taken some photos there that resembles the roman ruins there is nothing there. Hopefully they make improvements soon.
  • Beautiful places to capture replicas of European monuments and buildings. Great for photos and easy walk from the ferry terminal.

Where to stay in Macau

Cotai Strip in Macau offers luxury hotels, with famous names providing rooms looking out over the harbor and down into the historical center. Establishments in this area also feature onsite entertainment options and Vegas-style casinos. Look for more affordable options north of Nam Van Lake, where chain and boutique hotels provide rooms with views of the city, the harbor, and across to China proper. Head farther north for lower rates offered by hostels and apartment rentals.
