Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 120+ reviews on the web
At Xishuangbanna Tropical Nature reserve, explore a pristine forest and discover folk customs of the indigenous people living in the area. The reserve encompasses the best-preserved rainforest valley south of the Tropic of Cancer. At the entrance, ask a guide for directions, since there is a lack of signage and maps inside the reserve. Walk deep into the forest--where it's more peaceful--over rope bridges and boardwalks, and look for a lake with peacocks. Other scenic spots include a waterfall, a pagoda, an ethnic village, and a performance field hosting folk shows. At a barbecue field, taste the local ethnic cuisine. • The Park really liked my wife and me. The roads were not too far to explore much. You get to see very much and can commit the Park in 3 hours. You can as well with such an open bus be dropped charges through the Park. But then you can see everything exactly. Unfortunately we were late to the demonstration at the rubber tree plantation. But it was nevertheless interesting like the bark of the trees was cut to win the white SAP of the trees. The visit we liked and those who are interested in tropical plants will come at his own expense.
