  • The west of Yuen Long can be exported directly to the commercial scene. 2 floor dedicated to the young family, there are a lot of shops to select the pregnant, there is a big Huo toy store, the next restaurant not many wins, Zhong has a field! Convenient. Family toilet is the first class.

  • It is quite a spacious and well represented shopping mall in the New Territories. We went on a week day Tuesday and there were not many customers. So if you really want to shop, have spare time and not wishing to be pushed around by the crowds, weekday should be the best time to pay a visit. Most big brand names have set up base there. The only set back I experienced is the car park at L1. Which ever way you turn, you either can find a space or met with a dead end. One must put in a rear gear to get out.
  • With the final extension completed and joining the MTR, YOHO I and YOHO II with each other, it is a much nicer experience to visit this mall. Although you still find the ubiquitous brands of luxury shops, it appears more well balanced. At the same time, the mall offers a surprisingly high number of dinning possibilities. And or course, bringing a modern cinema to Yuen Long is the cherry on the top :)
  • A relatively new shopping mall. There are quite a lot of choices on food and beverage. There is also a nice supermarket there. However, it is extremely crowded during weekend, on top of the mainland visitors bringing their suitcases with them.
  • Well managed and clean, quite spacious, nice air quality, with a decent variety of stores. What struck me was the number of people pushing prams around with dogs in them.
  • Likely an oriental crystal palace design. Full of the classic local brands inside, then, the multi national brands. The mall build with the metro station together and exist of the big number square for the family fun with the kids inside.

Where to stay in Hong Kong

Head to Tsim Sha Tsui for the main tourist section of Hong Kong, where it's easy to find reasonably priced accommodations to suit your particular requirements, with more expensive hotels closer to the water and side streets offering budget hostels. You can also consider Hong Kong Island, which offers easy links to the mainland via its ferry and train lines. Chain hotels sit in the northern section of the island, where luxury and budget options remain available.
