  • Everything about this Ritz Carlton is top shelf. Staff are unbelievable, service is very good and prices are not scandalous. The view from the top is the best there is in HK. Pure class.  more »
  • the good thing is the view but the food was less than average we didn't like it maybe for drink will be good but not for dinner or breakfast .  more »

  • Stunning views. Plush interiors. Shame about the damp smell in the carpets. Other than that, a spectacular space.
  • It's a nice experience and relatively cheap keeping the "no entry fee" in mind. The bar itself is fancy, the view excellent if there's no rain, fog or clouds, but the bar itself, especially in the outdoor area, cold do a bit better, offer a bit more style. It's the Ritz Carlton, after all.
  • I spent 6 nights at the Ritz Carlton in a Club-level room (recommended). From being greeted and checked in directly in my room by Ivan, until saying goodbye to Laura, Paola and Bas at breakfast, I felt well-taken care of, well-fed thanks to the awesome Club and its many daily meals, well-exercised in the glorious pool at the top of the world, and well-slept in the comfortable bed with unbeatable views of Hong Kong. The hotel has an excellent location above Kowloon station and is one-stop to Hong Kong (Central). Kowloon/TST are easily accessible by MTR too but the Club provides complementary hotel car to Kowloon areas too. The Elements mall beneath the hotel has plenty of up-market stores, a grocery store, a movie theater and an ice rink. I felt spoiled by the courteous and cosmopolitan staff. Being brought cookies one evening as a late night snack typifies the extra things the hotel does to make its guests happy. If I'm ever back in Hong Kong, the Ritz-Carlton would again be my 1st choice!
  • Amazing views all around hong kong/kowloon since you are at the tallest hotel in all of HK. Friendly staff in which they offered to my family free service in Mercedes S class to take us to train station to airport. Rooms are spacious and the gym and indoor infinity pool is heaven.
  • They pay attention to every detail, which is why they are the best at guessing your next need. The rooms all have beautiful exceptional views. The nespresso machine, tea kettle, teas, fresh fruit are all yours upon arrival. The beds feel like a bed of marshmallows. The smell of their signature scent is everywhere, black orchid. The fitness center has a wonderful view to walk off al L the food you eat. The sauna and steam room in the women's changing room are life changing I can't say enough about the staff that doesn't come short of perfection and welcoming.
