  • It's good to go for a run, a bike, a walk. The air is good, the place is big, is the holiday family good to go. It's easy to be surrounded by a big skyscrapers. Looking at the sea, and then look at the sky someone playing a remote control aircraft, a walk, is a pleasant afternoon.

  • There is a large lawn, can picnic, can put wind kite, can let the child jump. There is also a small insect house in the park, with different insects on display, and it's fun to see the kids.

  • Very nice park with lots of areas for different type of activity for kids and adults. We found a spot directly at the waterfront where we could play with our scooter, kite & football. It's easy to get around in the park and there are areas to sit as well as public toilets. The tower in the park allows a very nice overview. At the boat lake you can play with your mini motor boats or just watch others play. Fantastic place for a family weekend.
  • Nice well maintained park. Actively used by children, family, elderly. Beautiful views on the river from spiral tower. Cycling and walking paths along the river. Toilets available. Educational insect house. Beautiful plants and fountains.
  • Very beautiful park with lots of facilities suitable to all ages. Availability of food stores, bike ride, kid playground and grasslands.
  • Great place to have a picnic with family and friends on the grass or just sit by the waters edge and admire the bay and city
  • One of the largest parks in Hong Kong. From the cycle ways to botanical gardens it's great fun for the whole.family. A must see if you are passing through Tai Po.

Where to stay in Hong Kong

Head to Tsim Sha Tsui for the main tourist section of Hong Kong, where it's easy to find reasonably priced accommodations to suit your particular requirements, with more expensive hotels closer to the water and side streets offering budget hostels. You can also consider Hong Kong Island, which offers easy links to the mainland via its ferry and train lines. Chain hotels sit in the northern section of the island, where luxury and budget options remain available.
