  • I followed the instruction on the Hongkong for tourist website and found my way to this trail. It wasn’t anything interesting except for the walled village where I can only take picture from outside.  more »

  • MTR Western wire fed pericolic did walk light iron Pingtung station home. It is a tourist destination rather than the old home town. Services and information display boards are interspersed some historical buildings, but slightly apart on the other not tourist, walking their way is right became slightly worried as well believe and walk. I thought it was funny they are glitzy, but once in a while simply enjoy this Hong Kong S.A.R. On the way back from Pingtung station to go to Yuen, Yuen the new territories to enjoy day.

  • There's not a lot to this trail but what they do have is interesting and different from what you'd experience in the city. Expect to spend a few hours here at the most.
  • Worth visiting. From TST, it takes about 30min to get there by MTR.
  • A must go for history and culture lover. One of the very few places where historic site are still very much integrated part of everyday living
  • A hidden gem if you are into the history of early Hong Kong. Visit the museum before you walk the trail. It gives you the background information as to what you will see in the trail.
  • Fun litte walk great fir the weekends and understand a bit more a bout hk history

Where to stay in Hong Kong

Head to Tsim Sha Tsui for the main tourist section of Hong Kong, where it's easy to find reasonably priced accommodations to suit your particular requirements, with more expensive hotels closer to the water and side streets offering budget hostels. You can also consider Hong Kong Island, which offers easy links to the mainland via its ferry and train lines. Chain hotels sit in the northern section of the island, where luxury and budget options remain available.
