Opened in 1984, Lantau Trail covers a distance of 70 km (43 mi) and is sectioned off into 12 manageable routes.   • 100 billion people within 10 miles of you, but you'll find this trail deserted. A great respite from the madness of Hong Kong or Shenzhen. Hope you like stairs though...
