  • There were lots of shuttle buses to take passengers to Ocean Centre to shop and take them back to ship. Very good shopping but the price seems to be a little higher than previous year! Went over to Vi...  more »
  • I was very disappointed with the services at the terminal. Yes, the roof top garden was nice but I followed signs and never ever found a shop. Off the Princess boat we were greeted with two choices of...  more »
  • Unfortunately, this modern cruise terminal has a poor management, making a stay there is not pleasant. Following criticisms there are: - far outside of Hong Kong with a bad connection to public transport - free shuttle service to a shopping mall with subway station partially available, however, are on the way back not signposted and hard to find as a result the stations for that. You have to wait on a shuttle up to 45 minutes because too few buses. -WiFi in the Terminal exists, however with long crashes and slow, thus useless - no ATM / ATM Terminal there, only an expensive Bank with currency exchange service at the output - currency exchange in the evening departure of ships no longer possible - security control very slowly and totally understaffed - 2 switch for 2,500 passengers. This came's to long waiting times, which is why our ship had to run late. -Provisional upon arrival all 3 switches for the tourist information, why it here too long waiting times in finding information came to total the worst cruise terminal, what I've experienced,

  • Poor design. You cannot go from one end to the other except on the roof top garden. Have to walk all the way back to get to the carpark. No facilities, only 2 restaurants.
  • A new building for the cruises arriving and departing from HK, but there are not many amenities and the Wi-Fi is very slow
  • It's alright, could be better. There's a great view of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon East on both sides of the harbor respectively, but not much else to do there. The mall is still under development. The carnival is great since it's reasonably priced, much cheaper than Disneyland or AIA carnival! Getting to the cruise terminal can be a bit inconvenient but there's a free kmb bus to and from Yau Tong station!
  • What a big waste of space in Hong Kong.... white elephant.
  • Got a great view there. Almost no one will go there on weekdays. It's funny watching the restaurant had no one inside and the employee got nothing to do.
