  • 不少人投訴過態度差, 什至台灣遊客也是這樣說。 餅乾雖然是好吃, 但前年俾指只做大陸人生意, 本土台灣人也不做。
  • Jenny bakery cookies in Singapore cost nearly twice as much as in Hong Kong, so I thought I should buy some. I bought 2 tins and regretted it. I like the butter cookies from Marks and Spencer better, ...  more »
  • Matrix of location of store condition, such as examined in advance to buy cookies, famous Hong Kong S.A.R. souvenir "rare huani song stranger (Johnny becali)", but was surprised at the unexpectedly popular Buri. First of all, before opening time and the Hong Kong S.A.R. on went in prepared to hit the rim store. Is a photo made in response before the doors opened at 10 is already, this matrix. And along the way began buying limit to per person, only 1 set of big and small, lined up more than 30 minutes to eventually buy only two. Popular sweet discreet salt cookies up, certainly delicious. Me round was going to buy in store for another 2 times, because I'd wanted to distribute the limit on the number.

  • Another over rated place with owner (the middle aged lady who wears glasses, you know who you are) that behaves like a jerk. We were early arriving at the shop. This lady showed up, announcing to my wife and I, "THE LINEUP STARTS THERE!" Pointing to a spot 3 meters across the shop. We didn't see any instruction requiring the customers to line up across the shop. Even if it was such an instruction, she could have politely instructed us. It's mind-boggling how people gave top rating to this place. IMO, an establishment needs to have good product and customer service to be top rated. Spend your money elsewhere where you are welcomed. I am sure in a competitive Hong Kong market, there are a lot more bakery shops that are much more excellent than this shop.
  • I have tried cookies from Jenny bakery before and I have no idea what the hype is about. I am from Sweden and any average bakery there sells much better tasting cookies. Jenny bakery cookies are average at best and I have never even thought of going here buying cookies for myself. But today I was asked by a friend to go. I went to the shop in Sheung Wan and not a bad line(hopefully the hype is dying). I ordered from one rude woman and paid to another rude woman. This is normal in Hong Kong when they think they are selling something very rare and special(it is not!). I usually do not care if they are polite or not. But what pissed me off today is that I asked for a bag and gave a $2 coin and the cashier took it and made zero effort of giving me the change. So I pointed to the sign that says the bags are $1 and she responded in a loud rant in cantonese and waved her hand in my face. I was not going to cause a scene over $1 so I just left. However I want to share this story of utter greed and rudeness, hoping that at least someone will think twice about visiting this sh*thole posing as a bakery.
  • after a long long queuing, you'll finally meet the rude, no-smile, pushy staff in this shop with nothing else but a cashier counter. PLAN AHEAD what to buy, or the staff will give you a dirty look. selling just some normal cookies (of course they are buttery. but aren't cookies supposed to be just like that?!) maybe the customers/tourists are after the "cute" bear cookies metal tin.
  • One of the best cookies store in Town. That explain the crowd and tourist who come all the way from Korea and China to line up. If imitation is the best praise, they have a lot of praises. Many of the store nearby tourist spot sell "fake" Jenny cookie. So be aware. As many point out, customer service isn't there. Well, there isn't much to ask for frequent customer. Many just buy and gone.
  • Arrived in a rainy afternoon so luckily didn't bump into a long line. $1 per plastic bag, so bring your own bags(and it's more eco friendly!)
