  • The team at Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts are second to none helping us with every need in a quick and professional manner. Great space with a huge auditorium.  more »
  • I’ve been here to see a few productions since moving to HK, most recently the fantastic ‘The Play That Goes Wrong’ (utterly juvenile and unbelievably funny) and the so-so ‘Priscilla: Queen of the...  more »

  • NYC good place quiet
  • Small in seating capacity. Not top class performance facility. Students grade performance facility. Management are rigid and not well facilitate user's need there. They run major performance even but the canteen was not coped with the need and closed. User need to walk a bit far away to get a meal before the art performance. My feeling of the management people is Not professional.
  • There has 1 canteen, 1 restaurant and 1 tuck shop. The food quality of canteen is really so so, but fairly good price. The food quality of restaurant is much better, but of course billed more expensive. For the restaurant, customers go to the left row for order the food first, and then take the tray for drinks, dessert and soup, and then move to the most right to pay. I ordered the steak course, because the smell was filled the building up, hahaha... smell great, the steak was served in well done, so, it may a bit sticky, but suits for kids. Orange juice taste good!
  • Great theatre, great interactive experience with the performers coming into the circus seats and even first floor.
  • I went for three classical music concerts, and all of them are for free. They're all conducted by world-class conductor and they also gave world-class performance. One of them is an orchestra performed by students and I was really impressed. Other that musical performance, The Academy also hosts other performance, such as plays. I also notice there's a library on the first floor, but you need to be a member to enter. As for the interior, I's say they need to change the color tone, the purple and the green really hurting the eyes after some time and it gives gloomy atmosphere.
