  • Review from 2010-2011. I used to work in Three Pacific Place. Visited " Great Food Hall " many times for a quick takeaway during lunch. Good food with a wide range of different kind of cuisines. Great...  more »
  • Good place to buy imported goods. You will find lot of choices and brands. Lot of varieties of food and pastries. The fish burger is great. The products are a littel bit expensive.
  • We often grab lunch here when visiting HK. MY colleagues and I work close by in Admiralty and United. It never disappoints, good food, extremely good selectiOn and great prices.

  • I have read the other reviews and my wife agrees that the bad attitude of the female staff is quite evident. Some of them are most definitely on the lookout for a rich foreign guy! I've had very nice shopping experiences there because I'm suppose I'm white and apparently some Philippine helpers are mostly desperate to marry one of us to get a foreign passport and it sure is a quick ticket out of the probably poorly paid jobs they have at the supermarket! All in all it's very sad and shocking to hear my wives and all my female friends complaining about the same thing about Great, it does have a lot of overseas products. Mostly expensive though...
  • Here's a friendly tip - please watch out for prices at check-out cos they often differ from the ones stated on the tags on the shelves, particularly for discounted dry food items. If you contest, the cashier would have to go find the item and bring the tag back and make a cancellation or a refund, it's a huge pain and ridiculous how Great can still charge full prices like this when they haven't bothered to update all the prices. Frankly, this is no different from fraud or misrepresentation and unacceptable for a large "posh" supermarket such as Great. The check-out staff always claim they don't know a thing and Management offers no solution. It's embarrassing enough as it is to have to wait for the staff to return with the price tags while everyone in the queue looks at you funny. It's best to buy items with price tags attached but come on, Great you're a big company with large resources and support, surely you can do better than this?!!
  • A little pricey, good for higher quality/imported stuff. Otherwise better off going to Park n Shop for same things but cheaper.
  • Good selection but prices are steep, there are one or two nasty service people but most of them are quite helpful! I guess it takes all sorts to make the world go round!
  • Great selection of international food at a reasonable price, considering its Hong Kong. Lots of ready to eat foods, healthy options as well
