  • It’s a good place to buy pets, but I feel now a days number of gold fish selling shops are less compared to few years ago.
  • Interesting experience, cool to see all the shops one next to the other, very crowded with locals buying. Very few stores sold fish.
  • This place is amazing. Most of the shops look very shoddy and unprofessional from the exterior, but when you go in you feel like you are in another world. This is aquatic, feline, K-9 and small rodent heaven. Some of these aquarium shops have the most amazing marine life money can buy. You can purchase a tank and some goldfish for less than HKD 100 or build a home tank to rival the world's greatest aquariums for the same price as a brand new Ferrari. You want it, they got it.
  • Fish, Seafood , Everywhere. But you can't eat then. More Fish type than Ocean Park
  • Good selection of aquarium fish and equipment, but let down by the poor treatment of the fish. Several species sold as freshwater but are actually marine specimens e.g boxfish. Fish bought can be ill or infected with parasites and die very quickly. Needs better control by Govt Dept's.

Head to Tsim Sha Tsui for the main tourist section of Hong Kong, where it's easy to find reasonably priced accommodations to suit your particular requirements, with more expensive hotels closer to the water and side streets offering budget hostels. You can also consider Hong Kong Island, which offers easy links to the mainland via its ferry and train lines.
