DukLing, Hong Kong

With its striking red "wings" raised as it glides atop the water, DukLing adds flair to Hong Kong's renowned skyline when in full flight. Built in 1955, the 21 m (69 ft) junk ship enjoyed many decades on the high seas, first as a fishing boat and later for sightseeing expeditions, until it sunk in 2014 during a typhoon. Restored in 2015, the iconic vessel resumed its sightseeing services. Join a tour on the boat, but try to reserve tickets well in advance as competition to get on board is fierce.
