Central, Hong Kong

4.0
Central, Hong Kong's main business district, is popular for its modern tourist attractions. Start your tour viewing in Statue Square, which gains its name from the multiple statues in the area honoring different dignitaries. Head to the Law Courts to admire grand colonial architecture and its locally mined stone, and then visit the unique Central and Mid-Level escalators, a long series of escalators and moving walkways connected by bridges. Central is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our custom trip planner, Hong Kong Edition.

You can feel the history of the Hong Kong S.A.R. and beautiful buildings, such as HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank, among other things, such as historic buildings. Because the Park is recommended to walk.

The scallop roll is great though the portion is a bit small. Not sure if their air conditioning was functioning properly that night I visited there as it was freezing there.

    Good food, but over price.

expensive and small portion size. had the lobster roll. it was alright
  • November 6, 2016
Delicious lobster bread. But not much drinks to choose. Better for a quick bite. And size would be small
  • March 20, 2017
Standard price for a lobster roll ($138). However, the portions are extremely small in comparison to those in the States or the UK. The buns aren't that great and the fillings are a bit dry. Honestly a bit of a disappointment.

Where to stay in Hong Kong

Head to Tsim Sha Tsui for the main tourist section of Hong Kong, where it's easy to find reasonably priced accommodations to suit your particular requirements, with more expensive hotels closer to the water and side streets offering budget hostels. You can also consider Hong Kong Island, which offers easy links to the mainland via its ferry and train lines. Chain hotels sit in the northern section of the island, where luxury and budget options remain available.
