Bruce Lee Statue, Hong Kong

3.4
Honoring the deceased martial artist and movie star, Bruce Lee Statue is placed on the Avenue of Stars on the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade. Revealed in 2005, the life-sized bronze statue shows Lee in an active pose, like he is preparing to strike. A chink-link blockade surrounds the statue, so visitors cannot get too close, but photography is welcome and recommended with the Hong Kong skyline in the background. • The statue is nice and the Museum close by is even nicer. Definately worth a visit. I didn't know that Bruce Lee was such a great person.  more »
  • Well what to say about this little celebrity park, lung and soothing in view of what is on the street below. The statue itself is well as expected but the best was to take the walk from lovely promenade at both ends, well almost too part was turned off due to construction work.

  • To those who had childhood to the films of Bruce Lee brings us a souvenir reach this statue and removed the typical picture, is a place with much marketing okay for fun a while on the ride, also then you can tour area that there are many restaurants, although expensive, are of high quality.

  • It's fun watching the tourists taking pictures. The status, it's well asian sized. I didn't know what I was expecting!
  • A wonderful homage paid to the undisputed greatest martial artist of all time, demonstrated through his ultra-realistic movies that are still relevant in today's norm. Bruce continues to be a timeless living, compelling presence which is embodied in this statue.
  • Here I am 5000 kilometers away, and paying great respect to the great martial-artist,Bruce Lee.
  • I wasn't pleased with the placement of the statue. They should have it closer to the water, with the view as a backdrop. The statue itself is fantastic though, recommend spending some time just with Bruce, pay your respect.
  • Place for inspiration and good mood and photos)) I love HongKong

Where to stay in Hong Kong

Head to Tsim Sha Tsui for the main tourist section of Hong Kong, where it's easy to find reasonably priced accommodations to suit your particular requirements, with more expensive hotels closer to the water and side streets offering budget hostels. You can also consider Hong Kong Island, which offers easy links to the mainland via its ferry and train lines. Chain hotels sit in the northern section of the island, where luxury and budget options remain available.
