  • We visited the flower stalls and Yuen Po Bird Garden in Mong Kok for a glimpse into a more traditional Hong Kong market. We sat on a garden bench, and watched elderly locals take their caged birds for...  more »
  • This is a bit away from the very centre but not far by metro. The bird market is really interesting, with many sorts of colourful birds. Next to it is the flower market, also pretty.  more »
  • As well as a store that sells birds, bird cage shop, feeding on crickets ya use, food bowls and water bowls shop, various shops and interesting. Accepted as checked baggage, not argumentative or price or sell shop who say that the breeding status of birds are overcrowded in excellent condition, but was free to take pictures, so buy one small bird cage, was then carefully packed.

  • Bird Street is very popular with tourists. If you go early on weekends you can see enthusiasts displaying their birds. There is a wide range of birds available especially during spring. Cages are highly decorative but are far too small for most birds. I eventually found a large old cage for my very active pair of Japanese White eyes / Seung Si.
  • A small garden shopping area just for bird lovers. You can get anything and everything if keeping bird as pet is your hobby. It will also be a great place for kids to see the birds. Some of the birds are not in cages so you may want to exercise some care when you have kids with you.
  • Interesting place to see. People with bird cages holding their pet birds and lots of shops selling birds and accessories/food for birds.
  • Cool little street where everyone is selling birds (and bird supplies like live worms/crickets). There are some really nice handmade cages available.
  • Nice place to see allot of parrots, and smaller birds. If you come on a week end you find some collectors bring thier birds to show case.
