(3.3/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web)
Meet the inhabitants of Siberian Tiger Park, a facility designed to protect and grow the population of the endangered big cat. Set over an area of 144 hectares (356 acres), the park has both a traditional area of enclosures, where you'll see big cats such as lions and pumas, and a large safari area where the tigers roam free. Hop on one of the visitor vans to sample the safari experience, watching the fierce felines hunt and laze in the shade. Head to the onsite museum to learn the history of the park and how it seeks to conserve the Siberian tiger, both here and in the wild. • To see the Siberian tigers was wonderful but there were other aspects of the park that were not as wonderful. You are put on a bus with bars and drive into the areas where the tigers and lions roam free and are fed live chickens or goats as you watch. The Siberian tigers are segregated based on age so mainly get to see the larger adult tigers roaming freely and the younger tigers in a smaller area. The sad part of the park were the cross breeding of Indian tigers with lions to produce ligers, black panthers in small cage sitting on cardboard, and other exotic large cats kept in small cages or pens.
  • Tigers should not be kept like this. It's extremely unnatural. Tigers are solitary animals who have territories and only interact to mate. They need large areas to roam. Very sad this place exists. DO NOT GO here!!
  • You can purchase live animals that they throw into the tiger pens and fight over, how awesome. Lots of tigers ! This place is pretty far away from town. The Taxi drivers know this and will try to charge you exorbitantly, so beware.
  • It is awesome because I love tigers. I don't like anybody who says bad things about tigers. PS Siberian tigers are our ROPES project.
  • I have strongly mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand there are tigers which have a big area to live in and on the other hand a lot of them (plus some lions and liger) are in really small cages. I have seen worst places which of course is no excuse for the small cages. I guess everyone has to decide for themselves if they want to go there.
