Walk along the promenade ends "Arbat" where is monument. Near monument of a lot of people showing their skill in calligraphy wet brush on dry asphalt-art is not dependent on time-show young and old alike. Make a "record" photo amid the sights, Stalin Park along the Songhua River, then take a ride on a river boat (20-minute walk 10 RMB) or come to the sunny island "on a boat (5) and return by cable car (50 Yuan)
