4/5 based on 140+ reviews on the web
Looking out across the Qiantang River, Pagoda of Six Harmonies sits at the foot of Yuelu Hill, said to protect its shores from the river with sacred powers. An octagonal structure soaring 60 m (196.9 ft), the pagoda's exterior gives the illusion of a 13-story structure, while actually only containing seven interior floors. Examine the architecture of this majestic site, initially constructed in 970 CE and said to have served as a lighthouse for the Northern Song Dynasty. Wind your way up the central spiral staircase to one of the best views of the river, before taking a gentle stroll around the shrines and sculptures scattered in the pagoda's surrounding grounds. • Very nice view from the top floor of the pagoda! Worth going in fine weather and find time for a stroll through the garden of miniature sculptures of various pagodas in China. There is a possibility for 10 Yuan to commit 6 strikes the Bell and get a small symbolic Chinese bracelet

  • Six floors inside, 13 out side absolute beauty which offer a superbe view of the very first mixed bridge ( rail + road) designed and build by Chinese. Look like NY !!!
  • Is equipped with escalators and elevators, consuming only, admission was maintained on site. Walking every day because the only public transport in tourism and somewhat tired legs, such facilities are great.
