Climb to the top of Fubo Hill to get a taste of China’s legends. Standing 213 m (698.8 ft) tall from its base, the hill emerges 62 m (203.4 ft) out of the water. Believed to have the power of calming the water, its nickname literally translates as "Wave-Subduing Hill." The distinctive scenery contains clusters of rocks and stalactites mixed with artificial cloisters, temples, and pavilions. Visit the monument to General Fubo and learn about the myths that shroud the island, relating to the general himself, pearls, or the local lifestyle.
