    203 high grounds than Arthur in naval and Port Arthur is seen in the near, not, but I was able to see views of the harbour. I have great shape as the port's old Japan army over the Port Arthur Russia forces found the battle.

    Witness the port history of the Japanese-Russian occupation, the current military war. Museums are available. It is better to see the whole port from the top of the mountain, but the visibility is affected by the weather.
