4.3/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web
Take a tour of Water Great Wall at Huanghuacheng, a section of the Great Wall that passes through a lake. Meandering through verdant hills and tracing the banks of a reservoir lake, this section remains one of the quietest and uncrowded areas of the Wall--it is also the least restored and can be quite challenging to climb. Hiking this section will provide you with scenic landscape viewpoints and a peaceful opportunity to admire the legendary symbol of China. • fabulous views, in contrast to Mutân′ûj very few people, although there was little! wake up for prepared steps are steep, but definitely worth the climb

  • We have been fortunate to climb in overcast conditions to do so under the scorching sun is absolutely unreal. As already mentioned, very steep rise is definitely worth it.
