Used as the official swimming facility for the 2008 Olympics, Water Cube today serves as an international center for water sports, wellness, and leisure activities. Designed with a combination of traditional Chinese themes and modern technology, the cube-shaped structure represents the first large-scale project that utilized pneumatic cushions as membrane coating. Bring your swimwear and head to the indoor waterpark for entertaining rides, pools, and river simulations. You can also rejuvenate your body at advanced spa facilities. Water-themed restaurants serve gourmet meals, and the business section offers various souvenirs as well as thorough information about the Olympic Games' swimming events.
