When visiting the Forbidden City, stop by and admire Nine Dragon Screen, the most famous example of the traditional Chinese wall relief that features nine different dragons. The wall dates back to 1773, and stands at 3.5 m (11.5 ft) tall, with a length of 20m (67 ft). A symbol of luck, power, and magnificence, each of the dragons on the wall is considered to have a distinct character and unique traits. Admire the vibrantly painted wall and the elaborately carved dragon figures, and take the opportunity for some memorable photographs. • This would look great as a wall in our garden. The colours are lovely. All 9 dragons are different if you look carefully. Nice photo opportunity

  • Houhai area Beijing it’s so beautiful in all season spring and autumn my favorite you can take boat and enjoy nice weather , in the winter ice ski ting . Clean all the time many Resturant and tour guide there , price are good , shopping area Resturant area , parking yes but in weekend better you take buses or metro or taxi .enjoy also in-front the Beihai park
  • Specifically asked to be taken to this 9 dragon wall and was not disappointed. If you love Chinese antiquities, you will love this one. I loved it so much, I am taking a friend of mine to it on their first trip to Beijing. Really like the 3D effect.
  • It is exactly what it is, and will not disappoint as long as you are coming for the entire pack. It is but one of the many items around the park should you choose to explore. Worth spending a quiet afternoon there but not if you're in a rush.
  • Very cool mural!
  • Excellent dinner, very good service
