  • This hutong alley is over commercialized and is now just a shopping street. Extremely crowded too. Better to walk around the houhai area.  more »
  • The road in the Hutongs is very easy to reach by Metro. We have been in the evening there. It's quite nice to stroll along the street. Unfortunately we ate miserable at the end in a restaurant at the top on the left side with lots of greenery inside. Unfortunately, I have not noted the name.

  • I have always loved this place, all time favourite. Hmmmmm.... But now it's become way toooooooo commercial. Used to be a tucked away alley with many unique boutiques and cafes, and owners were often do chatty that you can easily spend an afternoon chatting about life Now it's inside-out tourist destination/street food galore! 😢
  • Good tourist spot, with many innovative products.
  • When you walk down the streets, you will see almost everywhere dotted with plants and ancient houses.
  • This is a tourist Mecca, very crowded, but a great buzz and plenty of places to eat / shop. Don't expect an 'authentic' Hutong experience but nevertheless a great place to visit.
  • Very touristic place, but also show the traditional view of Beijing
