  • Of course, all cognition comes through comparison. and the places we visited in Beijing, we anyway compared with something that has already been seen and waited for something from the new seats. Beijing itself were flying, and because really prepared for his visit, chose the most simple and popular-tv tower and Oceanarium (so called) in the same tower. Oh and eat Peking duck (by the way, in the end, not eating, not found). The first difficulty that had to face have no relation whatsoever to the sights. Firstly, no matter how bad was not your English, 95% of Chinese do not know even bad, but simply put you and pomašut ... horribly uncomfortable Airport (after Seoul, Auckland, Bangkok and Phuket even). At first we couldn't find where to buy simkartu on the phone (because it is more convenient to move around the map and to the Internet), had almost an hour far and wide come all the third Terminal at all levels. Bought. Then searched for how to get to the Tower, we like to go by taxi (taxi drivers still took about half an hour) to villages-came-out. But taxi drivers or did not understand us or did not want to go so far. Eventually, grief in half taking the aeroexpress, which goes to the subway, and there on the Metro have already moved on. Metro also some Chinese, excuse the pun. All stations are identical, no diversity. Seriously speaking, is that gestures, and it does not understand. Once on the subway to the nearest metro station to tv tower, we are extremely fortunate and we met a good English-speaking Asians, which told how to find a car to drive to the tower. Taxi driver even on the map of bad bearings and tried to take us to wonder where, while we still hadn't shown several times on a map of our location. The count, however, he tossed off and included in the vicinity of the tower. Beijing itself (Center) clean high-rise beautiful city, an idyllic visit to cold weather. When they reached the Tower, we bought tickets and climbed up to the observation deck. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the city is so to say we saw little of the industrial, the whole city was in a dense smog, in spite of the fact that the Sun stood high in the sky. Everyone on the Court issue warm jackets that I certainly pleased. But the longer 5 minutes to stand at seven winds we couldn't and quickly went back inside, where there are also warm lookout. There, as elsewhere, there are binoculars and for a dime you can popol′zovat′ them. In General, such a short visit to Beijing could be excluded because we no fun there. Probably if the visit this city in the summer and within a few days, you can breathe. Oceanarium at the television tower at all disappoint, very dirty, bad odor, darkness everywhere. It may not be the only Oceanarium in Beijing, but specifically this was not pleasant.
