  • Museum interesting for people who know how to see what is not explicit. Museum to the glory of the role of the Navy during the war of independence. But also involvement during the war of the Pacific which removed the Bolivia its coastline. A small room is to the glory of the Admiral who commanded the military insurrection of September 11, 1973 in Valparaiso. For a french fooded democracy it may surprise. Having spoken with the Chilean society and still divided and the army is not very clear on this period. A museum which is also an example of the complexity of the Chile.

  • It is a museum about the Chilean Navy that has a great history, the building is interesting, the bookshop the best of them all (one of the few places where you can buy cool stuff really). We see that has not been redesigned analytically after Pinochet ... but it is a very interesting Museum

  • Very Richard collection. Well organized. Recommended.
  • Good place to spend 20 - 30 minutes and learn some interesting facts about Chile naval development. Admission was 1000 per person (Dec., 2016)
  • Nice, for work I could visit him although not is how much it costs the entry. Part of the naval history of chile has a permanent exhibition of the rescue 33 miners

  • The visit to this Museum provides a great opportunity to know the history of Chile, in addition to providing contact with sea mines, torpedoes, guns used in naval combat. Is still exhibited in the Museo the capsule used to rescue the miners trapped in the mine in 2010. Are exposed drawings recording passage of Charles Darwin by the Chilean coast, where the image portrays the vessel Beagles, where Darwin traveled.
