  • This place is mentioned as a must see in Valparaíso on so many webpages and also in our guide book. I simply don't understand why. We have walked for endless hours in the streets of Valparaíso and enj...  more »
  • Agree by full with them others critical: the Museum to sky open: the elevator is in service, therefore have uploaded by the staircase. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Is amazing that are abandoned in this way. Sorry for the artists and their works. In the tour have seen beautiful murals and houses and views, but all tarnished by the carelessness. It seems abandoned. And I think that it is the case. We also found people who were not sober and us scared. So, I cannot recommend this tour. Not at all. But yes, in total contrast to this reality, I can recommend the Cerro Alegre. Further, the best photos I took in my whole trip!

  • The location is very interesting, but very dangerous. Upon returning from Valparaiso to Santiago (last in Chile) stopped the car with all the luggage next to the Church in Hector Street Calvo in Cerro Bella Vista to visit the museo cierro abierto. Upon returning, 15 minutes later found the car with the broken glass and without any object inside. they took American visa passport, all documents, money and scholarships. Recommend: Take GREAT CARE In CHILE. DO NOT RENT CAR BECAUSE GANGS ARE OUT FOR TOURISTS WITH THE CONNIVANCE OF THE POLICE. HIRE A PACKAGE AND MOVE IN GROUPS.

  • Cool outdoor attraction. It's a series of murals painted in the hills that was commissioned in the 1990s. This is a great thing to do if the weather is nice just walk through the stairs and look at the beautiful art.
  • If you are about to la Sebastiana is relatively close. Not is very well signposted, but callejeando by the Hill you find the entrance to the Museum and there is simply have patience and go discovering them different murals that there are. Some of them unfortunately are not well-maintained, either by time or by the little respectful to what some people with art. Is well worth discovering parts that are scattered through the hills.
