Cerro Concepción, Valparaiso
(4.5/5 based on 1,300+ reviews on the web)
Meander around the lovely hilltop neighborhood of Cerro Concepción and enjoy sweeping views over Valparaiso's shorefront. Springing forth from the ruins of the city's old walls, the neighborhood quickly found its own bohemian, quirky character, which persists to this day. Colorful houses line the narrow streets, occasionally interrupted by equally vibrant street art. Hang out with Valparaiso's coolest crowd at one of the area's trendy coffee shops, or hunt for the perfect souvenir among the quaint handicraft shops. • Absolute must when you are in Valparajso! You can stroll through the streets for hours and is the most beautiful and worth seeing graffiti on every corner! Nice cafés and tiny shops with good handcraft!

  • Valparaiso sector you should not visit, full of nooks and crannies, quaint for eat, drink a coffee or simply enjoy the architecture and street art. There is so much to do, you must go with comfortable shoes because the streets are very uneven. Is fascinated.

  • For the umpteenth time we decided to travel to this beautiful place and although it always surprises us with something new, this time our primary target was known to our great friends is tourist part of Valparaiso. That they felt what is the feeling of being out of the country in an amazing place that blends art, tradition, gastronomic tourism, mountains and sea. A unique landscape. Because that is Valparaiso. I think that the objective was fulfilled at the time when we saw the smiles on our friends and the expected sentence "must return". The negative was that it is was pretty filthy product of unemployment of people collecting garbage.

  • Great food, excellent wine selection, and super service. Staff spoke very good English if you're a tourist like us. Highly recommend. The decor was great and the views of Valpo were amazing.
  • The view is amazing, the attention given by the staff is great and the food very tasty, no wonder its so highly regarded in Valparaiso.
  • Wow! Delicious food, amazing views. Very popular, be sure to make a reservation
  • Amazing hill!! Beautiful stone streets and great food around. Dress up light, no heavy back packs, just a camera and walk your life out!! Totally worth it.
  • The only reason for the missing star was the unfriendly service. Two girls in particular were rude, running around like they are having the worst day of her lives and trying to make you feel guilty for it. Now...the food and the view.... Excellent!
