(4.5/5 based on 600+ reviews on the web)
Ride comfortably on Ascensor Reina Victoria, a funicular railway declared a historical monument in 1998. Opened over a hundred years ago, the hillside elevator was named in honor of Queen Vitoria, the long-reigning British monarch who died in 1901. Works of public art decorate the line's stations, while the summit offers fine views of the adjacent hills. • I was delighted to get on this elevator! Something different! It is not to be missed. You can see the city and move in time! Is wood and moves a little but it is worth!

  • It's very cheap and it spends 2 minutes, if you don't want to go up by foot, it's a good choice and a great experience in a 100 yo elevator!
  • It's quick and cheap. It will also save you time and energy. Cost is $100 for one way, very cheap.
  • Best funicular in town
  • Good service. Beautiful surroundings, especially the square in front of the arrival at Uptown station.
