  • Excellent choice to live the history of Chile and what happened in the war of the Pacific, very full information, and the boat is very well taken care of, we note that there is affection for what we do in this place. What would be great would be to put a couple of guides that go explicandote best way to what happened, although the sailors who are there know to respond when one asks them if there is any doubt. If not you can hire guides, in default, would be good a constant audio volume moderate in each Hall of the Museum that depicts what happened. If they are to carry children, try please explain before that they should behave; It is not nice to see have no respect for the history of his country to raise the beds of the sailors or the be running from one side to another, screaming, etc. He is not bitter, but it's good to teach children that they must respect history and which represents the Mónitor Huáscar.

  • Beautiful place. Highly recommended
  • Such an old Peruvian battleship captured by Chilean navy in the 1800's, actually is a beautiful museum that commemorates the Iquique naval battle and the internationally acknowledged heroism of Captain Arturo Prat and his men who died at the main deck during battle, a "must to visit" being in Talcahuano
  • This is a have to visit place if you go to Concepción.
