  • Amid gardens and quiet corners of the Parque Quinta Normal spread 16 steam trains retained, since a locomotive Rogers of 1893 until a presidential wagon of the early 20 century. The star of this open-air museum is the legendary locomotory TRANS-Andes Highway, crossing the mountain range and connected Chile and Argentina, via Mendoza, between 1911 and 1971. It is possible to embark on two trains and watch documentaries within the wagons, as well as visit the replica of an old train station. Entries: 800 adult weights.

  • The Railway Museum is in Quinta Normal, can be reached by metro or by car. There are enough parking lots nearby. The Museum is for a short ride, along with the other attractions of the quinta normal, not for a unique ride. This sufficiently well taken care with a well maintained garden and the trains relatively in good condition. It's well cheap, worth the visit so it is worth. The problem you are having to visit with children is that they are very few locomotives and carriages one you can climb that.

  • A place full of memories and emotions. You magically moved to 90 when a train journey to the South was one of the most fond memories of my childhood... has a great variety of old machines and wagons that it is possible to upload. It has a tour by the presidential car but is limited to certain hours since it is done with guide, is one of the places that worth visiting if you're a lover of the railways
