  • On a recent visit to Santiago, we returned in this cool restaurant. The service is always efficient and smiling. We chose the large "boards" sausage, meatballs, potatoes, salad... absolutely delicious, except a yellow pepper stuffed with cheese - certainly very good, but... incandescent! I found a beer original and excellent honey. We had dinner on the terrace, the street is quiet. A good time in this typical Yungay district

  • Delicious food, warm and cute place... charming and wave! The owners very concerned of the details and present at all times. Good juices natural, good wine and a novel and tasty menu. Highly recommended.

  • Good place, nice decor. The trout was a bit dry, with a sauce of pine nuts not too noticeable. Decoration of the dishes very concerned and timely attention of the staff

  • Great Chilean food in a historic, charming setting. Although the space has certainly seen many uses since its construction in the early twentieth century, since the late ‘90s, the owners had been using it solely as a gallery to showcase the furniture they designed and artwork they created. Five years ago, however, they decided to open a restaurant to complement the gallery, and the result is wonderful. Today, the attractive space comprises an outdoor patio, a bar, and a glass-enclosed inner patio perfect for sipping on cocktails or enjoying Chilean tapas. The gracious staff was amazing—especially for a group of foreigners who needed to brush up on their Spanish. Great food at a great value, don’t forget to take in and enjoy all of the wonderful art around you.
  • A really nice and cozy place! I was alone but never felt so, the stuff are extremely professional and friendly. The food is local and well prepared, I had seviche and more fish as the main. Both dishes were amazing. They kindly ask before if I wished to add a tip, when many other places never bother. I will definitely come back!
  • Eat here! Stumbled onto this place after spending a couple of hours at the Museum of Memory and Human Rights It's a short, safe walk away. Gargola is located in an eclectic neighborhood of old homes and very interesting architecture. The restaurant owners live above the space that doubles as an art gallery. They also make all the furniture (tables and chairs) and they are for sale too. Food and drink are local and imaginative. Everything was delicious. We were a table of six adults (all Americans) and everyone raved about their selection.
  • Great place and decoration. It's a beauty 1920's building. The menu is also good
  • Food was overall very tasty, particularly the duck confit.
