  • There are many opinions other than this outlet. My experience is good to my it was much cheaper than the shoping, also it all depends on what you are looking for general sportswear and footwear there is enough difference in price but you have to look, not everything is cheap. To go is quite far and little locomotion, I recommend über from Center comes out about 8000 Chilean pesos depending on the traffic.

  • you will need to look carefully before you rush to buy things there.. although you can get good deals there from time to time
  • A great place to shop but, be aware, not always the best prices... you have to be a keen shopper and know what is a deal and what isn't. We've purchased everything from bicycles to shoes to baby clothes to furniture there... there is a wide selection of products. During peak seasons, such as Christmas expect crowds, lack of parking, etc.
  • Great outlet, just outside Santiago. Not all brands are present but most of them are. Prices are good and there's also discount for foreigners. Parking is small and there's no underground place to leave the car.
  • Outlet. Good place if you're looking for outdoor equipment.
  • Worth visiting - number of monobrand/ factory outlets (Nike, Adidas, Underarmour, etc.), as well as multibrand ones. There's even a wine discounter! Prices in sport outlets can be sometimes compared with that on Amazon (gringos, rejoice).

Where to stay in Santiago

Santiago features numerous distinct neighborhoods filled with affordable sleeping options. For easiest access to the city's top museums and eateries, consider the hotels located in the pleasant downtown area, where you can also find many furnished apartments ideal for longer stays. For close proximity to the city's best nightlife options, consider Bellavista or Barrios Lastarria, or head to charming Providencia if you prefer something a bit more sophisticated and less raucous.
