  • recommended start up until 8:30, go with proper equipment, water, fruit and sunblock, excellent views of Santiago, climbs enough people so it won't alone

  • We recommend going days after a rain to see the cloudless sky and the cordillera nevada since the height one can see all Santiago. The road does not have much vegetation. Arid and dry terrain. But is exquisite get to the top and enjoy. It is a journey with tilt in the majority of the road and even though raises it all kinds of people, my advice is that if you don't have very good physical condition is started by the Manquehuito. Step steady and slow, with short breaks may take to climb the Manquehue between 1 and 1:30 hours. Do not water on the road. On the rise, I met several people who made the journey with his dog so it is ideal for walks with your pet.

  • It is a trek that is easy to do, to upload it you need 1 hour more or less, depends on the pace. Landscape very cute and if you have luck you can see foxes.
