  • The Museum is located in a historic building, the former Chilean military Academy. Account, through exposure of uniforms, weapons, maps and multimedia, the troubled construction of the country, through the various conflicts against neighbouring countries. 2 floors are divided by historical periods. There is greater emphasis on the Pacific war against Peru and Bolivia. It's a surprise visit and shows how the military were instrumental in the history of Chile, in the delimitation of its borders, defense of territory and solution of various crises.

  • Magnificent Museum, splendid museography, illustrates the history of Chile. We loved the exhibition of toys. We did not see more visitors, only us. Would have liked to visit the upstairs but closed it before the end of the work of the Museum.

  • We went because there was an exhibition on José Miguel Carrera. Good but very small sample. The rest of the Museum, which has good exhibitions, it loses a little by the lack of explanations, especially for foreigners who do not speak Spanish. Very nice and well had, building was historically home to the military school, until built the current in Las Condes. Making stock, worth knowing it. It is free of charge.
