  • Very nice Viña adapted to tourism, because the owner is Cardoen, has several museums and a cable car where you can get to a hill that has a privileged view of the Valley. We take a tour where the Guide gave fed information about the process and the wine tasting, this was interesting, but I did not like that for tasting surrendered us a single drink to try three wines, a reserve, and two large reserve, they have no water and no little cookies to change the taste and try the following the truth that the presented wines didn't like me, is why not take none.

  • We visit this vineyard and saw the process of the wine and also a tasting of three different strains, you also raise a very nice cable car and above you can see a recreation of the Chilean indigenous cultures and if you want you can take the tours of the Observatory or also visit the car Museum, is worth, very good

  • We start from the basis that I don't like the wine, with the exception of the exquisite late harvest. Despite that, I think it is interesting to get to know a vine and the process that is generated there, general culture. The place is beautiful, very nice guide, ready to answer all our questions, the landscape is very attractive, has a cable car that comes to a few minimuseos in the top of a hill, which can be an additional, the view from the Hill to the Valley is very cute. However, personally, does not give to go back:-La Viña is small in comparison to others. -The tour is not so long. -The offered wines I found bad and means watery. Shaman came. -The minimuseos of the top of the Hill, the truth is that they are not as interesting. -With a little more than money, one can go to those giant wineries with lunch or cheese boards included. Anyway, it was a pleasant evening.

  • The best winery experience enriched with museums lamas cableway restaurants telescope.
  • This is a very pretty vineyard with things to do. There's a car museum (a bit random...), a tour of Chile in miniature at the top of a hill, and a wine cellar for hearing about the wine stuff. Perhaps a bit touristified, but it's worth a visit just for the views.
  • Restaurant has good and reasonably priced Chilean food. Tours are a bit pricey. The landscape is amazing, specially in a sunny day, with a nice view from the hilltop.
  • Good place to visit family, beautiful scenery, boasts Museum of cars and motorcycles as well as the cable car to access the viewpoint.

  • Excellent tourist experience with rich wines, lift and Observatory with exhibition of meteorites, car Museum and samples of mapuche, inca culture and Easter Island. Beautiful place to photograph a moai, inca door, the vehicle or the movie time machine back to the future, meteorites, mapuche ruca, enjoy the landscape on the lifeline and a fine wine. I highly recommend it.

Where to stay in Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz has become known for providing a glimpse into the country's agricultural heritage, though not at the expense of development. As such, you'll find a good mix of accommodations around the main town and its rural outskirts. Refined hotels and boutique guesthouses dominate the main urban area, along with simpler fare for more budget-conscious travelers located on side streets. Heading out of town, a good number of converted farm buildings and ranches offer characterful lodgings amidst the region's attractive scenery.
