Dine in a whitewashed, black-and-white-tiled restaurant next to a massive fireplace with a view of the polo field. Meet the lamas or ride a carriage through the vineyards. A ride on an old cable car with a visit to the heights offers panoramic views of the amphitheater-shaped valley, surrounded by steep hillsides. • There are many experiences of wine in chile, and which at least did so far have seemed to me good. I found in this entertaining journey by train, the tastings were good, is not so much because there are several so the idea is not to get drunk. Is visit a vineyard that is the Viu Manent that is small but cute, has a travel short in floats carried by horses, there is tasted 5 wines more and then leaves to the square greater of Santa cross where there is time for lunch and know the Museum of colchagua that is very cute. Of return to Santiago there are more tastings of wine, all accompanied of meal that delivered to the principle. Staff very friendly. Preferred.

  • The tour exceeded the expectation. I did the tour alone in a private car with a very helpful driver. The entire staff is very solicitous and are highly trained. I recommend that you take the special t...  more »
  • The preferred drive train trip was very good, spacious seats, food to Peck and came to taste both the ida and the back with a glass of gift. But arriving at the San Fernando station changes. Be a vineyard (Koyle) where the tour showed only the jars where fermented wine and then another tasting. The guide was French so not understood much in Spanish his explanations and had questions that didn't know how to answer. Then more than one hour by bus to Santa cruz, before reaching the rutadelvino guide said you where you could eat and which could go to the Museum of Colchagua, but get it not indicated you where they were and you just left on your own. We were resting us all afternoon in the square until it returned the bus to return to the train station.
