Named for the priest who dedicated himself to preserving the area's artifacts, Archeological Museum of Father Le Paige features a varied collection of exhibits encompassing the desert's human history. Visit the museum and explore its array of items, more than 370,000 in all, that catalogue the region's development from pre-Columbian times through the modern era. • A nice museum showing various archaeological artifacts. It takes about an hour to walk around.
  • decent enough... if pressed for time focus on outdoor activities though
  • Very good. Anthropology surrounding atacama people.
  • thoughtfully put together museum, sadly without the famous mummies, but they give you a long video with their reasons.
  • Small but great museum.
