  • I stayed in this hotel with my wife and my daughter, twoyears. Check-in is only the 16:00, and the staff in the lobby is not at all worried if you're tired, or worse if a child is tired. It became clear that the hotel is only for gambling addicts. To give you an idea, in the hotel restaurants are not working, you must go to the casino. However, on Sundays the restaurants close the 19:00. So, if you ate, ate. If not, if f, because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Really, if you want to play games and drink wine, goes to Mendoza (ARG), but if you want to go to chile, Vina del mar. Here the team is weak, and to play, the values are well above the other places mentioned. I'm sure I won't be back. And for those who do not know, I recommend not wasting your time. Oh, as for infrastructure, the hotel is very well designed and are in good condition. The big problem is the service which not only leaves something to be desired, but it's bad (very bad). It seems that people are trying to make the worst. Run away!!!
