  • I went from the center of Nunta Arenas, in Republic with Av. Spain. Go buses rural that charge 300 pesos and you leave to 20 min to foot to the entrance to book. Once there charge you $2,000 entry and have 3 trails, I realize the 3 in a day and each ending in a spectacular vantage point giving panoramic of the city and the forest.

  • Low level of difficulty hiking through the forest up to a great viewpoint overlooking Punta Arenas to the Strait of Magellan. Lots of wild rabbits everywhere, but no fox or puma sighting :-(
  • We arrived to the park by car. Free entrance. CONAF does not authorise excursions but we climbed the hill anyway, in time of year is not difficult. There is a sign saying to talk to the park guard to ...  more »

  • Nice place
  • Excellent place for walks, accounts with good paths and wide travels. It has picnic area with a roof, super barbecue to the area because it is raining when least you expect it and also has a protected for camping and the much-needed bathroom (although this is a cesspool, but that it is worse than nothing). It is a wonderful place that invites to enjoy nature.
