  • To access the booking, what we did was go through the part of the mine. For this we headed for the street Frei with Ignacio Carrara pinto. Continue along this street to the end, there to find a closed input, we went through the fence, (40 minutes walk from Carlos Condell) and wrote us with guardian conaf Park. He lent me the bathroom and we give a map for the journey (not us entry fee) we reached the official entry of the reserve, we delay 3 hours to do the part of the path. We were wanting to do more but it was late. With respect to the road, it's wonderful, the trail is well marked and you can walk quiet. En route you can take with wild fruits and fauna of the place, all very beautiful.

  • This is the nicest thing (apart from pinguin watching) you can do in Punta Arenas. It’s a nice 2,5 to 4 hour walk through nice unique vegetation with a great view over the city and Magellan Street.
  • Nice and helpful administration, the park itself is lovely but not too big. We completed the circuito in something like 4 hours. Was a nice afternoon hike, we enjoyed it but watch out to follow the right signs, sometimes it's confusing and you could lose the trail or take the wrong turn
  • Great hike in indiginous forest.
  • A good place to have a walk through the woods or a picnic. Nothing particularly special or epic about it. Camp sites were closed when I was there for some reason
  • Great 10 kilometre walk
