  • If you are looking for a different adventure to do in punta arenas, this is one of them. If you want to go camping I advise you the following. Take a bus from punta arenas to san juan and down, make finger in the direction of the lighthouse. When is complete the road of vehicles are some 2.5 hours up to the lighthouse. There is no camping, but in the Bay the Eagle an hour from the lighthouse (Cape forward towards principle) allowed camping. The water of the stream is drinkable.

  • The walk to the San Isidro lighthouse is a very beautiful walk on a rocky and stony beach, with beautiful views of the forest, the sea and the occasional sea bird.  more »
  • Already ended the first stage of the road that leads to this place, it walk corresponds to 4 km to get to the lighthouse, all it route is by the beach where walk by sand, gravel and rock sedimentary. The landscape is wonderful, it is advisable to leave early (before noon) because the return can be found with high tide and the little beach that is lost to walk. Take a meal or snack for the road. Clothes or water layer because the climate may be changing. Do not miss this place is wonderful
