Museo Pablo Fierro, Puerto Varas

(4.2/5 based on 480+ reviews on the web)
Quirky Museo Pablo Fierro is the brainchild of a local artist, collector,  and local historian who has spend the better part of his life gathering objects from the beginning of the colonial era to the present day. The owner still lives in the building and displays his collection proudly, offering tours of the exhibits and disclosing the history of the area and his own life. • The Museum of Pablo Fierro is a place incredible, from its facade and to the enter to the enclosure is sees an accumulation of objects old that is converted in pieces of history once one ranged all the Museum and it best... He met his owner, that is there in one of the rooms, counting as did the place, gives the feeling participate in a dream where each piece and each decision was completely planned... Highly recommended, we went on family with children of 12, 19 and 21 years old and they were so fascinated by the place itself as per the story of Pablo. The entrance is at will, and I highly recommend the collection of photographs of his paintings for sale, is an exceptional painter!

  • The Museum is a universe self-absorbed in a few metres square. It has many antiques, paintings of Pablo, letters written by visitors, older machines and much history. It better was having conversation with Pablo, is a person amazing!

  • It's a free attraction, which is good. But the quality is low, it has no style and more than a museum it's just someone's untidy basement put on display
  • nice collection of... everything! you can get some good souvenirs from Puerto Varas.
  • Such a cute museum! It was full of vintage stuff and art, loved it.
  • A magical experience and unforgettable

  • An unforgettable panorama in Pto Varas. Noted for works of its owner (Pablo Fierro), along with a collection of Antiquities both at the structural level as everyday objects of yesterday.
