Catedral de Marmol, Puerto Rio Tranquilo
(4.6/5 based on 420+ reviews on the web)
On the shores of Lake General Carrera, Catedral de Marmol represents evocative marble caves and pillared structures reaching down into water. Called a "cathedral," the caves look sculpted with purpose by an artist's hand rather than nature. Join a boat tour or rent a kayak to see the curious blue coloration of these rocks, the result of calcium carbonate buildup.
