Glacier Grey, Puerto Natales

(4.6/5 based on 1,400+ reviews on the web)
See the tip of the expansive Patagonian ice fields at Glacier Grey. Flowing towards a lake of the same name, the glacier creates an imposing ice wall, which you can view from aboard a tour boat. Reserve tickets for your trip in advance, as spots sell out quickly and it's difficult to visit the glacier as an independent traveler, unless you're willing to hike in. If you do choose to embark on the trek, you can camp at grounds near the glacier and enjoy stunning views when you wake up the next morning. Take a look at our Puerto Natales itinerary builder to schedule your visit to Glacier Grey and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

  • Impressive, a sea of ice coming down from the southern ice field which goes to Lake Grey. Most people mistake makes it as part of the W...... If you follow a couple of hours more really Glacier from most inside and watching the mass of ice above, move... not to reach the step Jhon Gardner but if enough to enjoy a view thousand times better than from the viewpoint of refuge

  • Grey glacier is still wonderful, but it's amazing how much that is the glacier has shrunk think is a place what to do then because I can imagine that in a few years will be even more retracted the travel with children is possible although they get tired after the suspension bridge is a hit also

  • Will arrives in vehicle to the access of the forest is must cross bridge pendant with a maximum of 5 people by time... After 10 minutes through the forest you can see the beach where you can tour the lace of sand. Much wind it best is Harbor is, is can go in boat to the glacier that has a cost and it can book... If you're lucky chunks of ice from the glacier can be found at the edge of the beach...
